With more than two decades of experience in technology innovation, sustainable finance and environmental leadership, I have dedicated my career to bridging the worlds of digital transformation and ecological sustainability. My mission has always been clear to align technological progress with the restoration of our planet’s natural systems.

As Co-founder and CEO of AQUAE, I lead the development of the AQUAE Labs Ecosystem Conservation Index (ALCI), an innovative, patent-pending framework that redefines how ecosystems are valued. By transforming oxygen, biodiversity, biomass and primary ecosystem services into measurable, insured and tradable assets, we are building a new financial language for nature. This pioneering work positions AQUAE at the forefront of sustainable finance, bridging ecological restoration with global capital markets and advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Alongside my leadership at AQUAE, I serve as Co-founder & Strategic Advisor of MindWaveDAO, where I help shape strategies for blockchain adoption, decentralized investment mechanisms and inclusive financial systems. My goal is to ensure that Web3 and DeFi technologies evolve as tools of transparency, empowerment and shared prosperity.

Over the course of my professional journey, I have co-founded and advised multiple ventures across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and beyond, focusing on ethical innovation and regulatory stewardship. My experience spans FinTech, Big Data, Blockchain and Impact Investment and I have had the privilege of assembling high-performing global teams that have consistently achieved strategic milestones and sustainable results.

Previously, I served on the Board of Directors of the Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) and as a mentor with the Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE) by SPRING Singapore, contributing to the growth of emerging entrepreneurs and purpose-driven enterprises.
