What we Do
What We Do
Building the partnerships the world needs does not happen by accident. It takes the right people in the right conversations — and an organization willing to do the patient, often invisible work of bringing them together. That is the work the Global Partnerships Forum has committed itself to.
Strategic Dialogues
Progress on the world’s most pressing challenges rarely comes from a single speech or report. It emerges through sustained, structured conversation among people who have the authority to act and the willingness to listen.
GPF designs and convenes high-level dialogues that bring together heads of state, senior policymakers, business leaders, philanthropists, academics, and civil-society voices around clearly defined priorities. Every dialogue is built around practical next steps that participants can take back and act on.
Global Forums
Once a year, the global partnership community gathers through GPF’s flagship forums, held primarily in New York alongside major moments in the international calendar.
These gatherings bring together leaders from government, business, philanthropy, academia, international organizations, and civil society to examine progress, explore emerging challenges, and identify opportunities for cooperation.
Partnership Development
The most transformative partnerships are built between governments and foundations, multinational and social enterprises, research institutions, and communities — rarely through chance alone.
GPF acts as a trusted facilitator and partnership architect. We identify complementary strengths, bring the right collaborators to the table, and support the design of alliances that are built to last. Our success is measured not by the number of agreements signed, but by partnerships that actually deliver.
Policy & Thought Leadership
For partnerships to flourish at scale, the environment around them has to be right. Policies need to enable rather than obstruct, and leaders need access to the best thinking on what works.
GPF contributes through research, publications, executive engagement, policy conversations, and convenings. We bring field experience into policy discussions and help bridge the gap between ideas and implementation.
From Dialogue to Structured Global Action
GPF curates high-level global conversations that bring together decision-makers, innovators, and institutions in a structured environment designed for meaningful engagement.
Unlike traditional forums, our engagements are intentionally designed to move beyond dialogue. Each conversation is part of a broader ecosystem aimed at identifying shared priorities, building trust, and shaping pathways for collaboration.
We focus on convening the right voices at the right moment — ensuring that discussions are not only relevant, but strategically positioned to lead to actionable outcomes, partnerships, and long-term impact.
Through this approach, dialogue becomes a catalyst for cooperation, and cooperation becomes measurable global progress.
