The Pearl Initiative is a non-profit organization focused on promoting a corporate culture of accountability and transparency across the Gulf region. Born out of a conviction that sustainable economic development requires trustworthy institutions, the Pearl Initiative works with businesses, governments, and universities to embed good governance practices into the fabric of regional commerce.

Through research, training, and corporate engagement programs, the Pearl Initiative has built a growing community of organizations committed to doing business with integrity – and has demonstrated that ethical business practice and commercial success are not in tension, but mutually reinforcing.
