The Global Partnerships Forum, in collaboration with Deakin University Australia, and The Geneva Group, Ltd., has created a unique executive learning program for women in senior leadership positions – an intimate forum for developing strategies for success; navigating untapped opportunities for breaking the glass ceiling; and using a peer-to-peer platform for staying at the top.
In an era where more women are taking on senior management and leadership positions in governments, international organizations, private sector and civil society, it is clear that new thinking and new strategies have to be applied to help balance the multiple demands between their personal and professional lives. This course is designed to ensure that women not only succeed, but also serve as role models for others within their organizations as well as for the new generation of women entrepreneurs.
The Women in Leadership Clinic is a 2-day forum, bringing together a select group of accomplished executives from across disciplines and cultures, to share ideas and expertise, and to benefit from the rich experience of other successful leaders and mentors.
The program is designed to provide participants unique insight on leveraging their, often under-utilized, talents to transform themselves into exceptional trailblazers. Attendees will also learn techniques for building winning partnerships that enhance their business models.
Throughout the two days, course organizers will encourage regular participant self-assessment.
The course, which is highly interactive, is designed to further develop personal leadership skills and build renewed confidence to enable participants develop a competitive edge. Some of the elements that will be covered, include:
