“In 2010, the NFSD started the Geneva dialogues, an event series to share and discuss new approaches to tackling global health challenges with a variety of stakeholders.

Geneva dialogues have invited experts to discuss topics such as eLearning for human resources in healthcare, using mobile technology in healthcare (m-health), alliances for development and public health and how to make leprosy history. The series is hosted by the Novartis Foundation in collaboration with organizations including the World Health Organization, International Telecommunication Union, the Global Health Program of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Global Partnerships Forum and the Swiss Academy for Development.” (
